The Design: Technology Hidden with Art
In-Wall and In-Ceiling APs: We installed 8 UniFi U7 In-Wall APs embedded in electrical boxes inside the walls during renovation. In open areas, UniFi U7 Pro APs flush-mounted in the ceiling, painted to match the ceiling color exactly. Visually imperceptible.
Hidden 10GbE Backbone: All structured cabling with Cat6A running inside walls and ceilings during construction. UniFi switches in an aesthetic technical cabinet in the service room with a custom noble wood door matching the furniture.
- Coverage: 2+ Gbps performance guaranteed at any point in the penthouse, including terrace, service rooms, and storage.
- Home Automation: Integration of 120+ smart home devices (Lutron lighting, Mitsubishi HVAC, automated blinds, Protect cameras) in a unified ecosystem controlled from a custom app.
